So many of us move through life driven by pressure, criticism, overthinking and the feeling that we should somehow be doing more. Over time, this constant inner striving can leave us feeling depleted, disconnected and exhausted.
Inspired by the book Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff, this one-day retreat is an invitation to step out of self-judgement and into a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, reflective practices and gentle discussion, we will explore the foundations of self-compassion and how they can support greater emotional resilience, balance and wellbeing in everyday life.
