Life can feel busy and the mind can feel noisy. We all fall into habits of overthinking, worrying, reacting, being hard on ourselves. This exactly why I create this one day workshops as a complete reset for body and mind.
Through accessible yoga, simple breathwork, guided meditation and relaxation you’ll leave feeling:

There will be a nourishing two-course lunch, time to chat and a gentle walk in the nearby woods.
