This particular class is highly recommended. It is held in Lisa’s beautiful home studio which is an oasis of calm and light. Lisa eases us into the poses taking particular care with those who need adaptations. I have had to stop these classes through a personal change in circumstances and will miss it very much. It was a highlight to my week. Now that I have taken out a membership I can have a class a day rather than one a week so that has softened the blow!

Lisa is a great yoga teacher.  . I have been going to her classes for over 12 years. She is very knowledgeable in her subject but also makes classes fun. You leave a class feeling great.

I joined one of Lisa’s classes over ten years ago to improve my flexibility for running, but, through her exceptional teaching, I discovered yoga’s wider benefits.
