- **Strength-building flow sequences** that target core, glutes, legs, and upper body

- **Functional movement and mindful transitions** to enhance balance and coordination

- A short **cool-down and guided rest** to integrate and restore

This class is ideal if you're looking to move, strengthen, and stretch in a way that’s mindful and accessible. Some previous yoga experience or general fitness is recommended.

### What you’ll need:

- A **yoga mat**

- A **block or cushion** (optional)

- A **water bottle**

- Space to move freely and comfortably

### **A gentle and grounding Gentle Flow Yoga that weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness and deep relaxation. This class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness at a steady, accessible pace. Each session includes:**

- Simple **asana (yoga postures)** to gently stretch and strengthen the body

- **Breathwork** to calm the nervous system and improve focus

- A touch of **guided meditation** to settle the mind

- And time for **relaxation** to integrate and restore

Theming each week brings focus and inspiration — from grounding and balance to compassion and clarity — offering a deeper connection to yourself both on and off the mat. Suitable for complete beginners or those returning to practice. Please note: you’ll need to be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably.

**Term dates:** 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th September (no class on 22nd September).

**Cost:** £32 for the term or £10 per drop-in.

Monday Gentle Flow Yoga

### **Gentle Flow Yoga weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness and deep relaxation. This class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness at a steady, accessible pace. Each session includes:**

**Cost:** £32 for the term or £10 per drop-in session.

Tuesday Gentle  Flow Yoga

### A deeply calming and grounding yoga class designed to support your nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect you with yourself.

This gentle session uses supportive props like **bolsters, blankets, and blocks** to help you relax fully into each posture, with **no strain or effort required**. We’ll weave together breathwork, mindful stillness, and guided relaxation to invite deep rest and inner spaciousness.

Each session includes:

- **Supported restorative postures** to release tension and open the body gently

- **Breathwork** to calm the nervous system and settle the mind

- **Meditation and stillness** to reconnect with your inner self

- **Extended relaxation** to nourish body, mind, and soul

Each week offers a themed focus—such as grounding, softening, clarity, or compassion—to inspire your practice both on and off the mat.

This class is perfect for complete beginners, those feeling stressed or depleted, or anyone seeking a gentle space to unwind.\
**Please note:** You’ll need to be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably.

**Cost:**  £8 per session when booking for the full month - if there is drop-in space the cost is £10.

Wednesday Restorative Yoga

### An energising and empowering class designed to build **strength, stability, and inner focus** through mindful movement and breath.

This dynamic flow is ideal for those with some yoga experience or a reasonable level of fitness who want to move with awareness, deepen their practice, and feel stronger in both body and mind.

Each session includes:

- **Strength-building sequences** that cultivate stamina, balance, and resilience

- **Breath-led movement (vinyasa-style)** to connect body and mind

- **Targeted asana (postures)** to improve mobility and alignment

- **Brief guided relaxation or meditation** to integrate and restore

Weekly themes provide intention and focus—ranging from courage and core connection to flow and focus—so your practice feels purposeful and evolving.

This class is best suited for those who are **comfortable getting up and down from the floor and holding postures with moderate strength and stability**.

**Term dates:** 3rd, 10th September, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th October (there are no classes on 17th & 24th due to Lisa being on retreat)

**Cost:** £56 for the term (£8 per session) / £10 per drop-in space.

Wednesday Flow Yoga

### A rich, heart-led yoga practice that weaves together theming, **movement, breath, and meaning**—inviting transformation from the inside out.

Rooted in the Rasa Yoga tradition, this class is more than just asana. It’s a **soulful fusion of strength and surrender**, combining:

- **Creative, functional flow sequences** to build strength and mobility

- **Mantra, mudra, and pranayama** to awaken energy and deepen awareness

- **Tantric yoga philosophy & mythology** to inspire insight and self-inquiry

- **Meditation and reflection** for inner stillness and soul connection

Each class is thematically guided, offering you a chance to explore yoga as a living practice—on the mat and in your life. Whether we’re working with shadow, courage, devotion, or clarity, this is a space for embodied self-discovery.
